At Tricker's Factory Shop, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your footwear within 28 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and print your unique returns authorization form.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and protective packaging to ensure it remains in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Factory

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master shoemakers inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
